This property was a massive overhaul of an almost derelict flat in Kentish Town, renovated on a very tight budget. We managed to add a second bedroom to the small footprint by combining a kitchen and living room into a larger open plan space. updating all other rooms in a modern aesthetic with frugality always of the utmost importance.
